The finca is located at Peralejo, a small village 7 km. from El Escorial very frequented during week-ends for its few but popular traditional restaurants. The Cañada Real Open Center, also located in Peralejo, is a preservation center for local fauna and offers open air visits for the public in a lovely landscape. Next to the estate there is a school farm and an equestrian center. The property itself is preserved as a special area for birdwatching (falcons, storks, hoopoes, wild ducks). The Cañada Real Leonesa where it is localted is a non-road traffic ancient path nowadays used by bicycles, horses and for country side walking.
